MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with the Holosyn EPS Carry. The reticle is completely wedged. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated! We're going nuts
